Multidisciplinary / Therapy Technician Model
Behaviour Analyst is in charge of your child's program, with the SLP and OT consulting at regular intervals.
The Behaviour Analyst is the lead clinician on the team, and alters the Therapy Plan throughout therapy. The Speech Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist observe your child in therapy sessions to advise on ‘next steps’ or alterations in the plan in the skill areas as shown above.
A Therapy Technician is able to carry out the therapy to enable your child more hours of therapy at a lower cost.
